Speed Regulators
Hidroenergia’s regulators are huge, reliable and low cost. They allow a total interface with the other equipments in the plant and guarantee excellent performance of the machine under the most severe working conditions.
They are easily interchangeable and can be replaced in few minutes, in a way to not hinder the generation of the plant.
Tension Regulator (static exciter)
They are regulators with state of the art technology in output electronics, with thyristor or IGBT based versions. Available for direct excitement generators, or brushless ones, in outputs up to 50 MW. Hidroenergia’s exciters perform with accuracy also in the regulation of the generation of reactives (kVar) afer the input in parallel, helping in the stability of the network.
SCU (Supervision and Control Unit)
It is a signal acquisition module (or a dedicated CLP) for monitoring all operation and protection equipments of the plant.
It transfers the readings of the monitored data directly to the automation system and SCADA software, with data supervision, such as start and stop of the generator group; pressure levels on the hydraulic unit; temperature in the bearings of the generator and turbine; alarm monitoring; automatic generation control by water level.
Software and automation system (SCADA)
Developed with Hidroenergia’s own technology and following the concepts of operation and maintenance developed in several years of work in that field, the supervision and control softwares are accurate and reliable, with highly control redundancy.
Hidroenergia SCADA software allows the storage of obtained information for further analysis by graphic and statistic resources, with countless possibilities of management.
Adaptation capacity guarantees a perfect adequacy to client’s needs.
